Standard Appraisal process

1. We are contacted by the potential customer, we discuss nature of items and reason for appraisal.
2. We schedule an appointment.
3. At the appointment each item is cataloged and and evaluated.
4. A comprehensive appraisal report is created. research is done on each item to ensure accuracy.
5. The customer is notified, at which time payment is due.
6. The appraisal is given to the customer.

Desktop Appraisal

1. We are contacted by the potential customer, we discuss nature of items and reason for appraisal.
2. The customer provides us with necessary specifications, photos and description by mail or email.
3. A comprehensive appraisal report is created. research is done on each item to ensure accuracy.
4. The customer is notified, at which time payment is due.
5. The appraisal is given to the customer.
